Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
Refund Policy
- Monthly plans: Refunds may be requested within 3 days of payment if no stories have been generated in the billing period.
- Annual plans: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial purchase if fewer than 3 stories have been generated.
- Story credits: Purchased credits are non-refundable once used.
- Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods.
How to Request a Refund
Email dinesh.sun7@gmail.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Payment transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Technical Issues
If a story fails to generate due to a technical error and credits are deducted, we will restore your credits or offer a full refund for that transaction.
